Anstruther & the Isle of May

Just outside of St Andrews is a small town by the name of Anstruther, known for their mouth-watering fish and chips. An hour away by boat lies the Isle of May, a spectacularly lush island inhabitated by puffins.

The diverse features of Scotland include Edinburgh (where Arthur's seat offers a satisfying overlook of the city), Glasgow (where the Gothic architecture is wonderfully intricate), and the Highlands (where I pet a hairy coo!).

With gilded ornamentation in Brussels and quaint little neighborhoods in Bruges, Belgium offers much to explore. And no visit to Belgium is complete without a taste of their waffles, fries, chocolates, and beers.
